A bit of quick 'House-keeping':

1.  If you are registering a new account with us, you will see that you have to wait for us to approve your application. This may cause delays with submitting  your order, but it is a security feature.  I try to check the website hourly, but if you are in a hurry to put an order thru, and are waiting for approval, please, just give us a call, or send an sms.

2. It has been brought to our attention that sometimes the website/Australia Post link  mis-calculates postage charges.This is especially so with orders containing cable and/or  very small components.

Rest assured, if you are over charged on postage at checkout, we will refund the difference!  If in doubt, please, pick up the phone and give us a call. We can work it out from there. You can even pay over the phone if you find this option more suitable.

Don't forget that if you are looking for product that is in our catalogue, but not on the website, just give us a call.

We are always more than happy to process orders over the phone.
