Warranty Information

We are happy to offer the following Return Policy to our valued customers.

All items sold by JGM DIRECT have a return policy, as detailed below.

1.    Any product found faulty on delivery must be returned to JGM DIRECT within 14 days of receipt of the product. A product is not deemed ‘faulty on delivery’ due to incorrect useage or installation by you, which causes damage to the product.

2.    If you are returning any item for a refund, you must contact JGM DIRECT prior to returning the product.

3.    If you are returning any item for a full refund, then this is conditional on the item being returned to us in as new condition in the original packaging. If the item does not meet this criteria then a re-stocking fee will be charged and this may vary, but a minimum fee of 20% will apply.

4.    All return items need to be accompanied with all purchase details, i.e. Name, Address, Phone Number and Invoice Number.

5.    It is recommended that you use registered post for your return items. This way you have proof of delivery. We are absolutely NOT responsible for your lost items sent to us.


All items sold by JGM Direct are covered by a 12 month warranty (minimum).

These terms and conditions apply both to our wholesale and retail customers.
